Cancellation Policy
Appointments are non-refundable and can only be rescheduled with 72 hours notice. No shows and appointments that are rescheduled with less than 72 hours notice will be subject to a 100% session fee unless otherwise agreed to by Sugar Bones staff and the practitioner.
