Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica) is a nutrient-dense herb known for reducing inflamation, easing seasonal allergy symptoms, and supporting urinary health. When dried or cooked, its sting is deactivated, allowing it to be consumed as a highly nutritious tea or food.
Each bag (50g/25g) bag is enough to make approximately:
- 50 / 25 cups of tea,
- 250ml / 125ml of 1:5 tincture,
- Up to 650ml / 325ml of folk method tincture,
- Up to 650ml / 325ml of oil infusion

Medication interactions
Talk to your healthcare provider before taking nettle supplements if you use:
- Blood thinners (such as warfarin)
- Blood pressure medications
- Diabetes medications (it may lower blood sugar further)
- Diuretics ("water pills")
- Lithium
It's also generally recommended to avoid medicinal doses during pregnancy unless advised by a healthcare professional.
