Join us on February 5, 12, 19, and 26 at Sugar Bones Farm
5962 Fourth Line Road, North Gower,
from 7 to 9 pm, as we write on the themes of:
Memories
Forgiveness
Energetic connection
Notes to Self
Each class will start with a brief meditation or quiet reflection, and end with a gratitude statement. Additional activities for participants include burning of completed letters in class 2, (regulation permitting), and receiving a brief channeled message in class 4.
This workshop is facilitated by Peggy Lehmann, a local published author, medium, and energy healing practitioner.
Workshop cost is $125 per person for all four classes.
Notebooks and pens are provided.
Participation is encouraged; sharing is optional.
