The Magic of Personalized Care

The one limitation of conventional healthcare is the lack of personalization.  This is especially true for anyone suffering from debilitating or chronic conditions.  This limitation can look like a lack of support, lack of education or lack of effective treatment.  Often times, we find ourselves throwing everything AND the kitchen sink at a problem without understanding the underlying causes.  Personalized medicine digs deeper, looking at what was happening way before the first symptom showed up and provides recommendations that nurture every layer of your being.

This isn't an alternative to conventional healthcare but it is a way that you can take your power back into your own hands through learning about your own body, where it might be stuck and what you can do to get things flowing again.

Working with Matthew

One of Matthew's favourite things about our beautiful world is its diversity.  Every single person, plant and animal is unique and even though there may be commonalities, their needs are unique as well.

This uniqueness is the very foundation of his philosophy of care and as such he strives to be meticulous, leaving no stone unturned.  He crafts personalized care plans, personalized herbal support and education for his clients with the goal of uplifting their quality of life.

An aspect of personal health and wellness that is often a challenge for most people is knowing where to start.  The options, advice, available products, costs, available information and planning is often overwhelming and this is especially true for those of us with complex or chronic conditions.

As such, Matthew aims to help support your wellness journey with the most cost effective options, understanding that not everybody has the means to go to the health food store, or sometimes even to the grocery store regardless of their drive and dedication to their health.

This is where highly personalized plans come into play.  This may look like custom formulations without the giant retail mark-up, education (teaching you how to make your own medicines, growing your own food), lifestyle recommendations that are in line with where you're at when you start, and simple conversations that give you the confidence to get into the driver's seat.
