Herbal Medicine
We provide same-day and next-day herbal medicine services for acute conditions. Some of the conditions that we provide support for are:

Cold & flu
Minor injuries (herbal first aid)
Minor aches & pains
Stress management (anxiety, sleeping troubles)

We are not a replacement for medical attention and reserve the right to refer you to a medical doctor or the emergency department for treatment if your condition is not within our scope of practice.

Acute care consultations are $45 (herbal remedies may be extra). Fees are due at the time of consultation.

Our hours for acute care are different than our store hours. We are open from 9:00am until 3:00pm with after hours care from 6:00pm until 11:00pm. We do not charge extra fees for after hours appointments. Please call ahead for your intake before coming to the shop: 343-987-9267.

Our Process
Intake Call
Before visiting the shop for your consultation you will speak with our herbalist Matthew over the phone. During this call Matthew will let you know whether his services are appropriate for your condition.
Consultation
During your consultation Matthew will provide a basic exam, relevant to your condition and provide recommendations.
Herbal Medicine Formulation and Dispensing
Matthew will formulate and compound your herbal medicine. He may recommend products that we do not regularly stock (Vitamins & Minerals, for example) but will provide them as recommendations.
Compounded herbal medicines may be ready same-day or next-day.
